Maui Brewing Co.

Beers and locally-sourced ingredients

Everyone on Oahu let out a collective “cheehoo!” when Lahaina-headquartered Maui Brewing Co. announced last year that it was going to be adding a location on the island.

Its Waikiki location, which opened this January, doesn’t disappoint.

Located on the second floor of the Holiday Inn Resort Waikiki Beachcomber, the brewed-in-Hawaii brewpub is an impressive 18,000 square-feet and can seat more than 400 people.

Maui Brewing Co. Waikiki features the brand’s flagship beers, including the Bikini Blonde lager and the Big Swell IPA, as well as rotating cast of limited edition brews.

The company is known for locally sourcing ingredients, so chances are what you order here was grown here.

This includes the loco moco made with Kauai bison, the ahi poke bowl with local tuna and kale salad with Naked Cow Dairy feta.

The brewery is even open for breakfast.
