Like Gomaichi, the similarly named Goma Tei is also known for its tan tan ramen. (There are loyal devotees of both ramenyas. We say, why not eat at both?)
Goma Tei’s tan tan broth cooks for 24 hours and is flavored with pork and chicken and freshly ground sesame imported from Japan.
Each bowl comes piping hot with firm noodles, a liberal serving of char siu and vegetables.
In addition to tan tan, Goma Tei also makes shoyu and sun ho (similar to hot and sour).
