Wagaya

A relaxed ramenya whose name means “our home” in Japanese

From the sign out front — it means “our home” in Japanese — to the first bite, you know you’re in ramen comfort-food heaven when you eat at Wagaya.

The homey ramenya is known for its tonkotsu ramen.

The flavorful broth is made from organic chicken and kurobuta pork bones and simmers in different stages for two days.

The final result is the Wagaya Shiro, a white broth bathing the noodles, mushrooms, greens and egg.

Wagaya gets its noodles locally from Sun Noodle each day, and sources its vegetables from Oahu farmers.

You’ll feel right at home tucking into a bowl of this ramen.
