Pre-Boarding

Our pre-boarding process will begin with:

  • Guests using wheelchairs or requiring special assistance
  • Unaccompanied minors and families with children under two years old

Boarding Order

Once pre-boarding is complete, boarding will proceed in the following order:

Zone 1

Zone 2

Zone 3

  • General boarding - rear section of the aircraft

Zone 4

  • General boarding - middle section of the aircraft

Zone 5

  • General boarding - front section of the aircraft
