Extra Comfort Refund Policy

Please visit our Terms & Conditions for information regarding our Extra Comfort refund policy.

Refunds will be given to cancellations requested within 24 hours from the time you purchased your ticket.

Customers who voluntarily cancel, or change their flight or itinerary outside the 24 hour policy will not be eligible for a refund. However, if an Extra Comfort seat is available on the new flight, the customer may secure the Extra Comfort seat using the original form of payment.

All Extra Comfort seats have electrical outlets.

What is the voltage of the in-seat power outlet?

The in-seat power outlet is 110 volts. It is also compatible with most international plug converters.

Is Hawaiian Airlines considering Extra Comfort for Boeing 717 and Boeing 767 flights?

Not at this time. However, we will continue to offer Preferred Seats (which provide Zone 2 priority boarding and extra legroom) on these aircraft types.
