Update Your Account Information

It’s easy to update your
  • Email address
  • Mailing address
  • Gender
  • Birthdate
  • Phone number
  • Personal preferences.

Choose whichever way works best for you: update your HawaiianMiles account online by logging in to your HawaiianMiles account and clicking on the “Profile & Settings” icon or call the HawaiianMiles Service Center.

Changed Your Name?

To update your HawaiianMiles account with your new legal name, we’ll need two documents via online or fax:

Required Documentation:

  1. A legal document that reflects your new legal name (such as a marriage certificate, divorce decree, driver's license, or passport), and
  2. A written request to change your name. Don’t forget to sign it and include your HawaiianMiles account number.

Forgot Your Password?

Having trouble accessing your account online? We’ve got two ways to help. You can reset your password online or call Web Support for assistance.

Online

Due to security purposes, password resets cannot be processed through email. Please follow the below steps to request a new password:
  1. Visit our Password Reset Page
  2. Submit the following:
    1. Your HawaiianMiles Membership Account Number OR Email on Record , and
    2. Your First Name
    3. Click the “Continue” Button
  3. A temporary password will be sent to your email on record
  4. Once you received this email, please use your HawaiianMiles number and temporary password to log in
  5. Please change your password within 24 hours of receiving the temporary password

Save Guest’s Travel Information

As a HawaiianMiles member, guest’s travel information will automatically save to your account. The next time you plan a trip, you can select the guest that will be joining you and their travel information, such as date of birth, will populate, leaving less work for you. 

To add a guest’s travel information to your account, please log in to your HawaiianMiles account and click on the “Guests” icon.
