Forgot your HawaiianMiles password? Or locked out of your account? Don’t worry; it happens to the best of us. Follow our step-by-step guide and you’ll be just fine. 

Reset Your Password

Resetting your HawaiianMiles password is only a few keystrokes or a phone call away. 

Online

To reset your password online, you have a few options:

Option 1: 
  1. Visit HawaiianAirlines.com
  2. Click on the “My Account” tab at the top of your page
  3. Once you are on the sign in page, please click the “Forgot Password?” link located under the “Sign In” button
  4. When prompted, enter your Username or HawaiianMiles Account Number
  5. In the second field, type in the text shown within the image (so we can verify you are human)
  6. Click on the “Send me an email” button 
Option 2: 
  1. Visit www.HawaiianAirlines.com/reset_password
  2. When prompted, enter your Username or HawaiianMiles Account Number
  3. Click on the “Send me an email” button 
Once you have submitted all required information, an email with a reset password link will be sent to the email address assigned to your HawaiianMiles account. After you receive this email, please click on the provided reset password link. When prompted, submit a new password and you’re good to go!

For your protection, password requests cannot be processed through email or our Contact Us form. 

By Phone

If you prefer, you may reset your password by phone by calling Hawaiian Airlines Web Support for further assistance.
