Did you fly with us and forget to enter your HawaiianMiles number in your reservation? Don’t worry about it—request for your retroactive mileage credit online.

Submit your request online within 5-120 days after travel. Retroactive miles should take 30 days for the miles to post to your account.

In the future, how do I earn miles for future flights? You have three options:

  1. Add your HawaiianMiles number to your reservation online
  2. Upon check-in, OR
  3. Call your local representative

Do this prior to departure and you’ll see your flight miles in your account three to five days after your travel date—but remember, you have to complete travel to earn miles.
