Sometimes things don't work out the way we planned. When circumstances come up and you have to change or cancel your reservation, don't worry, you have options.

 

Change Your Flight

While reservations purchased for coach class are generally non-refundable, that doesn’t mean you have to forfeit the cost of the entire ticket. Before departure, you can:
  • Call Hawaiian Airlines Reservations - OR -
  • Change your ticket online*
    1. Visit "My Trips" located within "Manage"
    2. Enter your confirmation code or ticket number and passenger's last name
    3. On the Itinerary page, click on the "Change Flights" button located on the right
    4. Select the desired passenger, revised route and/or revised date and search for available flight options
Applicable change fee, plus fare difference will apply. 

If your reservation was made through a travel agency, additional fees may apply. For more information, please click here.

Cancel Your Flight

Have to cancel a booking? We’ll be glad to help. Call Hawaiian Airlines Reservations for assistance. The following restrictions will apply:  

  • If your ticket(s) is fully unused: 
    • You have up to one year from the ticket’s original purchase date to reschedule your reservation
    • The value of your ticket(s) will be available for use towards another reservation, change fee, plus fare difference will apply
    • Cancellation fee may apply 
  • If your ticket(s) is partially used: 
    • You must reschedule your reservation within one year of initial use
    • The remaining value of your ticket will be available for use towards another reservation, change fee, plus fare difference will apply
Once you’re ready to book your new flight, please contact us by phone to apply your existing tickets to a new reservation.  

Just keep in mind that you won’t be able to change the name on the reservation, and any changes or re-bookings are subject to the change fee, plus fare difference.
