Our system searches for all active reservations associated to your HawaiianMiles account number. If you do not see a reservation in My Trips, please verify that your HawaiianMiles number was present on your reservation. If it isn't, then this may be why your reservation is not displaying in your account.

If you know your confirmation code, you may retrieve your reservation online and add your HawaiianMiles number to your reservation. Once completed, your reservation will appear in your HawaiianMiles account.
