It happens. You’ve arrived safely at your destination, but your baggage hasn’t. When life’s glitches entangle your luggage, we swing into action.

If your bags have been missing five days or less …

Baggage Service counters at most airports served by Hawaiian Airlines (list below) handle claims for checked bags that have been delayed, lost or damaged for up to five days after you arrive at your final destination. Our personnel will be happy to help you find your bags or resolve your issue.

Here’s what we’ll ask you to do:

  1. Go to the Hawaiian Airlines baggage counter or the counter handling Hawaiian Airlines baggage (you’ll find an airport-by-airport list below), and
  2. Complete a Baggage Irregularity Report or Baggage Damage Report.

Here’s what we’ll do:

  1. Enter your information into our World Tracer for tracking,
  2. Send tracers to all Hawaiian Airlines baggage service locations and any other locations in your itinerary,
  3. Notify you when we find your bags or resolve your issue, and
If you find that an item is damaged, please do not discard the item as we may need to inspect it.
